The transfer of a management systems certification can be different from one to another certification, in some case the transfer can be complicated by the certification body. We keep this process very simple and smooth for our client and following the IAF MD transfer requirements.

Step 1: Download the application from our websites.
Step 2: Complete the application form and send the following required documentation:
Step 3: After the successful review of your documentation, we will be able to determine the audit duration and next steps based on your current certification cycle. In the meantime, your previous certification body will be informed that you will no longer wish to maintain your certification with them.
Step 4: Upon successful completion of the review/audit, including here verification of implementation of corrective actions for outstanding major nonconformities and accepting plans of corrections for minor nonconformities (if any), the Certificate will be issued, while respecting the dates of the previous certification cycle.
Step 5: Now you can celebrate your achievement!
Step 6: We will carry on your planned visit/audit.
Note: The certificate which is known to be suspended, withdrawn, the certification cycle not maintained or has unresolved nonconformities may not be accepted for transfer.
Note: if your you do not have the report form your previous CB, don’t worry, we will ask for an authorisation to contract with your previous CB and we will get the reports from them.
